By 2026 cash will be the second form of payment in the uk (PAYMENT UK). cash transactions are down 22% in Australia. in 2011 70% of Kenya had an m-pesa account.
in jamaica, mobile penetration is 109%, in Haiti, as of 2016 it was 73% mobile penetration with only 19% of the population holding a bank account. AS emerging markets prosper, so do opportunities for brands to better engage and serve.
W&B have been innovating in this space, creating intuitive and enjoyable experiences across devices, and making life a little bit simpler.

W&B have worked under nda ON SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE USER EXPERIENCE of FINANCE.
We have been exploring and innovating new prescient experiences, that work within regional banking regulations and offer a more intuitive service.
W&B are also innovating, and currently DESIGNING a new Money app to offer a more enjoyable front end to your finances.

In emerging markets the challenges are different. the primary challenge is educating the consumer that banking is best. Creating experiences that are simple, friendly and enjoyable are core to this initiative. 
The secondary challenge is to enable access island/region wide to financial facilities and services.
